Cancellation Policy
To secure your date and services, a 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required at the time of Booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remainder balance is due on or before the day of the service. We kindly ask that all rescheduling requests be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduling appointment. Cancellations made within 30 days of the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Any payments made beyond retainer are non-refundable if cancelled within this timeframe.
