Where? - We come to you! Hotel, venue, dorm room, living room, etc. Being mobile is our specialty!
How? - Your questionnaire will tell us all we need to know to arrive with our full kit, ready to wow you!
What? - All we need is a chair, table and outlet. We supply the rest.
When? - You choose. See, we’re not a salon. So we prioritize your schedule, just like a celebrity treatment.
Prep? - Clean, dry hair and skin is a must. No need to tidy up the place. Just kick back with a cup of tea or mimosa in your robe, and wait for your styling team to arrive at tour doorstep. Easy, peasy!
Tip? - Yes we do include a tip on our invoicing.
Unhappy? - We’re here for you. If you feel your stylists didn’t wow you, email us. We want to hear about your experience to make things right.
Payments? - We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers & paypal.
Contact? - Our staff is available to chat on the phone, if that is your preference (office hours in contact section). If you have a booking with us, you’ll be given our manager’s mobile number in case you need to reach us right away. Our preference is email, if it’s not a time-sensitive question.
Products? - We work with the best, salon quality tools and supplies. Some popular brands that are our favorites include Redken, Paul Mitchell, Kenra, Urban Decay, Makeup Forever, Nars, Giorgio Armani, MAC cosmetics, Dior, and much more. Our Airbrush upgrade offers a hypoallergenic option for those with sensitive skin.
