Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. CLIENT CANCELLATION: If you can no longer keep your appointment please contact me at least 7 days in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations at least one day before the booking, but within 7 days will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of a booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
